Often hailed as the doyenne of Singapore fiction, award-winning author Catherine Lim is a prolific writer and political commentator who has penned more than twenty books. Her works include short stories, novels, reflective prose, poems and satirical pieces, and have been studied in schools and translated into various languages.
Over afternoon tea at the Singapore Cricket Club, Lim will talk about what inspires her and how her writing journey has evolved over the span of a fifty-year career. Participants can also discuss their literary ideas with her, and get tips on how to bring out the best in their own writing.
